My PC doesn't turn off and headphones issues

So, I bought an Audiobox itwo recently, everything works okay, but when I try to turn off my PC the interface turn on the PC, so I have to disconnect it manually and when I play videos or audio the output headphones makes a pop sound, any solutions?
