just got Studio 6 prime on pc and haven't had one sound, I tried drivers, videos, reading and nothing fixed this problem

Everytime I switch to realtek audio driver it crashes and asio audio dose not work eaither. Also when i first got it yesterday I couldent even get into the project making interface befor it would crash that has sence stop not sure why though.
