How to fix latency while not having dropout/glitching noises when playing live performance?

I am running on a HP 14-dq0052 laptop with 16GB Ram, running Windows 11.

I am running Studio One 6 Professional, with updates from Presonus included.

My main purpose is to use Studio One 6 Professional as a DAW for live worship performance at my church.

Please contact/answer, need help.

Christian- Everything I have needed to know about latency in a live environment I have learned from some great content on YouTube. Much which is specific to live worship.
