And I can not find the active manager button like studio one 3.

Is there no active manager? or I cannot find or bug?

If I have a problem on activation and deactivation, How can I do?

I''m using 3 computers. and I very often format and reinstall windows.. I need to manage.

There is no activation management in my.presonus.com for Notion. You'll need to contact support for Notion activation removal.
