I can not use Audio Box USB Audio Interface on my MacBook Air Sierra 10.12

Hi there,

I pluged the AudioBox to MacBook Air OS Sierra 10.12 . The Audio/Midi section recognises the interface but the input or output faders can' be used even if I changed the input and output settings to AudioBox. What should I do?

The volume faders on OSX will gray out and not be usable for the AudioBox USB.

All volume control is done from the front of the device.
