I received Studio 1 v3 as a gift via a different Presonus account, how do I update my current Studio 1 V2?

I currently use Studio 1 Version 2 under my own PreSonus account. I have received Version 3 as a gift. The software was purchased and downloaded under a different PreSonus account. Can I merge these accounts? Transfer the account? or should I install and register the new software with the givers account? Windows 7 64 bit.

This is something that can not be done via your user account.

You'll need to contact tech support for more assistance with this.

Login at my.presonus.com and click "Support". From there you'll be able to create a support ticket.
