3D graphics not working properly

  • Graphics cards (2 on system)
    Primary: AMD Radeon R7 Graphics (Driver version 21.19.384.0)
    Linked: AMD Radeon (TM)  R9 M385X (Driver version 21.19.384.0)
Program worked when computer was initially setup. After a windows update messed up the graphics settings, the video card drivers had to be reinstalled.  After the reinstall, PreSonus no longer displays properly.  Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, running as administrator, and running in all compatibility modes - no change.  It seems like the 3d graphics aren't working, but I've tried adjusting the display settings in the graphics card software, and nothing seems to work properly.  
Very frustrating, since the software worked on the machine before the windows update and the graphics card driver / software reinstalls.

Laptop graphics most often require the laptop make to update the drivers instead of going directly to the chip vendor. The issue you are speaking about is not an issue of PreSonus but that of Lenovo. Contact Lenovo for an updated graphics driver that works for Windows 10 1607 b14393 or higher. The problem most like is the graphics driver is not digitally signed by Microsoft. Make sure the driver you are using is a Windows 10 certified Graphics driver.
