Question

The power receptacle casing broke off and now the "plug" is falling into the unit.

Any suggestions?

Hmmm... how in the WORLD are we supposed to answer that question? What piece of equipment? without SOME idea of what you have or what happened it's gonna be mighty tough to help. What happened that it broke, normal wear and tear wouldn't cause that to happen. Is the piece still in warranty? Can you take a picture of the plug? What is your level of repair capability? So many questions...
