As relates to your question, you connect hardware to Studio One as outlined in the manual section Setup > Setup Your Midi Devices or if the device is an audio device Setup > Setup Your Audio Device. If that device cannot connect to Studio One using the procedures outlined in the reference manual, please make a support ticket so that a support representative can assist you.
