My Presonus account has been hacked. My first name is now misspelled, a phone number that I don't know is listed, all my purchases have been erased, and StudioOne v3 Pro has been de-activated. When trying to reactivate via internet Presonus tells me my key is in use, yet the copy on the computer is deactivated...HELP

I don't know who or how but some has royalty jacked me.

Your issue is being investigated based on your support ticket reporting the same.   Please reply to that correspondence and follow up there.
