i have 64bit Windows 7...I had the problém with the installation from dvd,but finally i installed it.Sometimes i have the problém with my dvd drive,so it is possible that some things i did not install...

From the start page in S1, go to the studioone menu at the top, select installation, then from user account. You can then see all content, and install status. Select the boxes for the content you need, and install right from there.
