Phil thanks for your help.   On my mobile device I have no option of replying to a answer.   There's only two options...there's a flag option and a small chain-link icon which appears to create a new thread each time.  It demands that I 'ask a question with one sentence'...so I've been putting in 'follow up'

Sorry, unless I'm missing something obvious, I see you 'reply' button.

Is there no green answer button, you click on it and it opens a text box then if you scroll right to the bottom, is there nothing there, a green 'add answer' button?
