What has happened to Groove Delay?

I was reading an article from 2014 about how amazing Groove Delay is, but I can't find it in my Effects. Has it been discontinued?

Please see the product comparison chart:  https://www.presonus.com/products/Studio-One/compare-versions  That plugin only comes with Studio One Professional.
