1. Vá para o menu Studio One> Studio One Activation (se for lançado diretamente na tela de ativação, vá para a etapa 2)
*** Se você nunca executou o Studio One neste sistema antes que ele possa ser iniciado diretamente em uma tela de login ou pode aparecer mais tarde. . Em caso afirmativo, não se esqueça de fazer login com as credenciais para essa conta de usuário ou a ativação não funcionará. A etapa 3 abaixo não listará seu produto. ***
2. Marque a opção ... Ativar Não marque a caixa "Eu comprei uma atualização do Studio One"
3. Clique na seta voltada para baixo na borda direita do campo de lista para atualizar sua listagem de chaves de produto com Mostrar minhas chaves de produto existentes. Isso recuperará os produtos registrados da sua conta de usuário.
4. Selecione Studio One 4 Prime na lista atualizada e clique em Ativar, que ativará a nova licença e reiniciará como o Studio One 4 Prime.
Se isso não funcionar, envie um ticket de suporte.

2. Check the option ... Activate Do not check the box "I have purchased an upgrade of Studio One”
3. Click the downward facing arrow on the right edge of the list field there to refresh your product keys listing with Show My Existing Product Keys. This will retrieve the registered products from your user account.
4. Select Studio One 4 Prime from the refreshed list and click Activate and it will activate the new license and restart as Studio One 4 Prime.
