I have hooked up the audio ibox one to the iPad and the mic, I want to put songs from YouTube, minus vocals, on one track to record my voice on the second track, but I don’t know how.

This is not possible using the AudioBox i-Series.

The Studio series interfaces features a virtual loopback using a Windows system (not available on Mac OS X) that allows you to monitor YouTube (or other online media) and record it with the inputs from the audio interface into Studio One or other DAW as you are describing.
