New account doesn't work at all EDIT: AGAIN not fixed after all, sort of.

Hello,

I purchased Sphere and there is no access to my products at all. I am correctly logged in etc..

EDIT: This happened again but worked ok later. :)

So it comes and goes. It was initially fixed when Presonus reset my password. They were quick too which is nice?

Still no access to my products. 2 computers with up to date Windows 10 and 3 browsers and no access to my products.

Go to products/add ons

So I know to go to products/add ons, that's where things stop. This is a glitch.
