Question

I'm having issue with aux15 after newest firmware update. If i do factory restore and go back to original firmware there is no problem but once i install new one problem is coming back where aux15 looks like it is clipping. I saw somewhere that before newest firmware I should install firmware 1.9 but i can not find it. Could you point me what should be done to fix that issue?
