Also, the software is not on my computer, it has never been downloaded/installed therefore not sure what legal rights PreSonus have had me sign up to?? I don't recall signing a contract/digitally agreeing that unused software cannot be legitimately passed onto the next owner. Maybe if i had downloaded and activated the software this 'agreement' page would have me click 'accept', but i haven't activated.
What do you mean by "You may transfer the software directly to a third party only as installed on the licensed computer, with the Certificate of Authenticity label and this agreement."?
