Once I bounce a midi  event to an audio can I un- bounce back to midi event

When you are actually talking about bounced events (not transformed), you can just unmute the MIDI event (unless it's removed of course). Reverting a bounced event to MIDI itself is possible (with Melodyne) but depends on the type of material.
