serial number already registered

I just purchased a studio live 32s. When i went to register it claimed that this serial number is already registered.

how should i proceed?

also, i tried this multiple times making sure the number was correct each time

Create a support ticket. They'll get some info from you and should be able to get you taken care of.

Had a very similar issue on a studio live 32 I just bought. The onboard serial number did not match the serial number sticker on the back of the mixer. Was not able to download 5.4 as a result. Created a ticket and got it resolved but the support manager would NEVER Tell me how this happened or frankly even admit it was a problem in the first place. Also told me they could not give me a new sticker for the back of the unit because that was a " Factory Issue" beyond their control and that I should just simply " trust him 100% it would never be a problem if I decided to sell the mixer to somebody at a later date".  Requested for a fourth time for them to answer the what transpired with this serial number problem and he has refused to answer. Very shady !

Can't contact the person who originally owned my ATOM to deregister

Annoying as it now stuck in Mardi Gras setting & cant used as regular midi controller for other software... which was purpose of purchasing 2nd hand
