Si tiene problemas para usar el dispositivo trate de un cable USB diferente y también tratar de conectarlo a diferentes puertos . Si persisten los problemas que debe abrir un ticket de soporte accediendo a my.presonus.com , al hacer clic en " Ayuda " y haga clic en " Crear un billete" .
