One of the following may be happening:
- The AudioBox unit is not plugged in by USB, not powered on, or both. Plug in the AudioBox and make sure it is powered on.
- The AudioBox VSL application may already be running in the background.
Windows
In Windows the VSL will minimize itself to the System Tray when it is closed by clicking on the window's red 'X' button. Windows automatically hides icons in the System Tray to relieve clutter on the Taskbar.
To show the VSL:
Click the arrow to reveal the hidden icons.
Right-click on the AudioBox VSL icon to access the menu.
OS X
In OS X the VSL will minimize itself to the Dock when it is closed by clicking on the window's red 'X' button.
To show the VSL:
A glowing dot appears under the AudioBox VSL if it is running in the background.
Click-hold or [Control]-Click on the AudioBox VSL icon in the dock to bring up the Show all Windows and Quit options.
