Hi.

I have a studio one license that a friend gives to me. He won it in a clinica (Something like that)

The License is for Studio One 3 PROFESSIONAL.

Now in my account it is no professional.. it is PRIME!

Where i should to ask about this? or what happend with this?

Licenses can not simply change from one type to another.

Perhaps you registered the Professional license under a different email address.

If you're still having trouble you'll need to start a tech support ticket and provide the license key for your Professional license.
