I bought the Studio One 3 software about a year ago on my Macbook; that computer crashed, so I got an Acer. I successfully downloaded the software again, but the product key does not work, so it won't activate. A dialogue box shows up and says: "Use the old product key..." or something along those lines. I only have the product key that the software came with, but it won't work.
