I bought my presonus software studio one 3 at guitar center. I registered my product and it said it was successful. but every time I try to view so im able to download it I cant. why? what do I do?

Most times this is caused by multiple logins, and logging in with the wrong account. If that is the case in your situation, you will need to log in with the same account you registered the purchase with. If you do not have that information, you will need to open a support ticket.
