Using the audiobox 96 with a multi fx pedal

So currently I own a Vox Tonelab Le multi fx pedal. If my signal chain would look like this Guitar - Tonelab - Audiobox - Laptop will the sound clip on the audibox? Basically the question is if the guitar signal is not dry but manipulated by the tonelab (amp sims, effects and so on) will the signal be too hot for the audiobox to pickup without clipping or does it have nothing to do with it?

You use a DI box or, if your guitar amp has "line level" outputs, this could be connected to the AudioBox to record.
