How can I get the Scene Reset button on my UC Surface

I am running the current UC Surface on my IPAD. The UC Surface Software Reference Manual section 6.1 page 23 & 24 states their is a reset button but, its does not show on my IPAD? I am running the current app version 2.9.2 49805 with StudioLive 16 series III firmware 1.9.14636

Why is it not on my UC Suface? How can I get it on there?

The reset is to load in a "Zero Out Board" Scene.
