Can ownership of Studio One 4.5 Pro be transferred to a new owner who wants to buy it from me?

I'm tossing in the towel on the the PreSonus software product and like to recoup the money I wasted. The Hardware of the AI and Faderport are excellent, software not so much. I want to leave my engineering position at the office and not in my multi hone studios
