Do PreSonus refurb repairs have a warranty and can it be transferred to a new owner?

My AR22USB was overhauled by PreSonus as a "General Refurb" in February 2021.  Does this factory repair carry a warranty?  If so, how long is the warranty period for repairs?  I want to sell the console.  Can the warranty be transferred to the new owner?
