I just upgraded from studio one 3 professional to studio one 4 professional today, and the studio one 4 product doesn't appear on my account for me to upgrade. Someone else asked this a long time ago but it was never answered, and I do not want to waste 100 dollars.

I ordered the upgrade from artist 3 to professionel 4 on 22 october 2019, 199€.

I cannot find the product key or download installer in my products.

Please help!
