After 4.5 Update many extensions not loading, yet do not have any pending update. How to fix? What am I overlooking?

After the recent 4.5 Update many extension do not load. One apparent one is SoundCloud.  Have have tried to update them but they have no pending updates and nothing seems to change the status. Thank you for your help.
