I recently purchased Studio One Artist 4.6 and liked it so much that I just purchased the upgrade to the Professional version.
What is the proper procedure to replace the Artist version with the Professional version on my laptop? I'm running Windows 10/64 on a Dell laptop.
1) Do I perform a full uninstall of Artist 4.6 and then download and install everything from scratch for the Pro version?
2) What happens to all the Artist 4.6 files when I perform an uninstall? Do all those files (loops, sounds, etc.) get deleted too? If they don't get deleted will I have double versions of everything on my laptop taking up tons of space?
3) Is there a special "trick" that needs to be performed on the Presonus website to register the Pro version as an upgrade from Artist?
