When I make clip gain adjustments on a event and then do melodyne pitch corrections My clip gain adjustments are not going to Melodyne and clip gain adjustments after Melodyning doesnt give any result. Please help.

I get the same thing. The work around is to do your Melodyne tweaking first. Then bounce the selection (right click on the track and it's under event) so that the track is no longer in Melodyne and then do your clip gain adjustments.
