I have Positive Grid Bias FX2 (PC version). I use the AudioBox iTwo as the interface, could I hook up a midi controller through the iTwo to assign patches, expression pedal etc?

Yes, that should be entirely possible: The iTwo has a midi input so you can connect any midi device to it. If you were using Positive Grid Bias FX2 as a plug-in in Studio One, I guess you would have to map the controls. This might be useful to you in that case:

Otherwise, the iTwo should work as a standalone midi port. I've had one and have used it to control stand alone software such as Arturia Analog Lab.

Have you not tried it out yet?

Hope this helps.
