AudioBox 96 stops playback

I only have 3 days with the interface and the issue has been persistent. Audio playback (from Windows) is ok as long as there is any kind of audio being played, however when audio stops even for a second, if I try to play audio again, I get no sound from it, I have to reconnect the interface to get audio back.

E.g. YouTube is playing but if I pause and play again it will show like buffering and no sound will play, as soon as I disconnect and connect the audiobox, it will start playing again, immediately.

All my audio is going through the interface and I installed the drivers from the website.

im getting exactly the same, only started happening today.
did install win 11 the other month.
checking if uninstalling and reinstalling drivers help :(
