Can I use the 1/4'' A and B inputs on my mixer to play audio from a computer?

I have a StudioLive 16.4.2 and a 3.5mm stereo male to dual 1/4" mono male. Can I plug that cable into the rear 1/4" female A/B Aux inputs to play music from my laptop?
