Trying to upgrade from Prime to Artist and says please provide a proper product key

I bought the audio interface 24c and Im trying to use the provided key to upgrade my Studio One Prime to Artist. But in the process the programs says I am not using a proper key even though I am.

I have the same issue today, May 4th - did you hear back from them on the fix?
