Question

An AudioBox USB 96 came bundled with my purchase of 1 x Atom Producer Lab.

At the same time, I separately bought and registered a Studio 68C AudioBox and recently upgraded my software to Studio One 5 (Artist version).

I am now selling the AudioBox USB 96 (since I use the Studio 68C AudioBox).

How do I deregister the USB 96 so that the new owner can register it under his name?

The registration code in My.Presonus is for the whole bundle (Atom Producer Lab), I don't see individual codes for the three hardware items (Atom Pad, USB 96 AudioBox, M7 Mic)   

I am keeping the Atom Pad and the M7 Mic. I don't want to deregister these, I only need to deregister the USB 96 AudioBox.

In your my.presonus account go to Products > Hardware > USB 96 AudioBox should be here, below it click on "View More Details", It should show the registration date below the name and next to the date is a red box to 'deregister.' I hope that helps.
