.audioloops : File format not supported Studio One 5 artist

Hello,

When I try to import .audioloops from the browser into the main window, this message appears :

"This file could not be imported : Loops/ loop name.audioloop : The format of this file is not supported.

Any solutions ? PC Win 10.
