I cannot edit BiasFX2 effects in Studio One version 4 Professional

In Studio One 4 Professional, I can use STL ToneHub to create and edit sounds, but cannot use Bias FX2 (Elite) to edit. the BiasFx screen comes up but takes me no where.. Any suggestions?
