studio one 3 prime を使用していてインターフェースを接続した際に音は出ているのに
認識されず、録音ボタンが点灯しないため録音ができません。
再起動や、再インストール等試したのですが治りません。どうしたらいいでしょうか。

この場合には英語を使う方がいいかも。

Title: Unable to recognize my audio interface.

"Even though my audio interface is connected and articulates during playback, it is not recognizable by Studio One 3 Prime and the recording button is not highlighted and triggerable. Reboot and Reinstallation could not cope with this issue. Wondering what shall I do next."

I guess you are using Windows version of Studio One with an audio interface which has lack of necessary ASIO support.
