Trying to use studione three in a live playback setting. songs must have clean vamps, is there any way to set it so that the program will jump to a bar after a preset number of bars?

That feature doesn't currently exist.   Please search the feature request section here for Ableton Session View or similar non linear arrangement feature requests and add your vote to the collective.
