Sure, you could use all of those together. The FP8, Studio 192, and your Novation are both just USB devices so there's no complicated connection explanation necessary.
My primary recommendation would be to upgrade to Studio One v3. There are many reasons why upgrading is a good idea in general, but the main reason is that your FP8 will work best with v3.
In v2 the FP8 must be used as an "MCU controller" which is not nearly as efficient as using it in its native "Studio One" mode. Unfortunately Studio One v2 does not support the native mode (simply because it was developed long before the FP8 was ever conceived).
