Will Presonus consider a Fader Port update that will allow the device´s transport controls to function in "MIDI mode"?

"MIDI mode" serves me well in allowing the Faderport 8 to control most software instruments I use, however it would be ideal ,as well as advantageous to my workflow if the Faderport transport controls could be active as well.
