AR12 will not initalize! Using windows 10

I'm setting up an AR12 with Windows 10 64bit

I've installed all the software and the universal control, however when I load up Studio One I get an error saying "could not be initialized, please check your hardware configuration and try again"

PLEASE HELP!

Please open a support ticket with PreSonus tech support.
