Honestly...This software was pretty good, but the endless issues countless hours trying to make a simple VST work is but one of a laundry list of ridiculousness plaguing these overpriced pieces of ****.

I've done everything I can.  Every post, every video...the *** software just doesn't work wont grab SD from the VST folder. I've tried everything.  SO tires of this Presonus lack of working support.  But turn it to the community, they'll figure it out.  SUcks.

WIn 10 64 bit

Yes, bit rate is right, both ways.

HP Envy M6

NO response whatsoever from the VST folder.  YES, it's the correct one. Versions good.  ALL IS WELL.  And nothing.  But I'm pretty used to not being able to use this garbage.  It NEVER works. I'm gonna take a day and leave Presonus negative reviews everywhere I can possibly do it.

Hey Nate, we're happy to help you troubleshoot issues with your software, but I can see that you have not created any support requests online from your account. Please note that the PreSonus Answers page (as well as the PreSonus forums) are more of a community area, our tech support agents can't monitor these areas and respond to every inquiry. If you want to get in touch with a tech support agent, all you need to do is create a support request online from your account. You can find instructions on how to do this at presonus.com/help

Looking at your account, I can see that you're running Studio One Artist, which does not natively support third-party VSTs. If you look at the webpage for Studio One 3, you'll see that "support for AU, VST2, and VST3 plug-ins and ReWire applications" is an "Available Add-On" for Studio One 3 Artist and is not included in that version. If you'd like to add third-party VST support to your software, you can either purchase the VST and AU and Rewire Support add-on or you may purchase an upgrade to Studio One 3 Professional, which does natively support third-party VSTs.
