Can I use Firestudio Mobile to extend my Studiolive 16.4.2 AI?

I have an SL 16.4.2 AI mixer today and got the chance of buying a 2nd hand Firestudio Mobile.

Will I be able to chain the Firestudio Mobile to my 16.4.2 AI and get 8 more inputs through FW?

The FireStudio Mobile is a "legacy" product, which uses Universal Control v1.7.4 as the latest & greatest. The AI series of mixers use different firmware and software versions because of their different technical design.
