Respected the technicle support team of PRESONUS.....I have proud to purchased of your product studio live 16.0.2...i have recently changed pc to pc mac[mavericks 10.9]...but logic pro x was not support the spample rate its an error appearing at play and recording also [its seeing 66000.above sample rate its not supporting your midi and audio hardware ]....so what can i do i am sufferring here please urgently release the supported drivers .....plz plz PLZ......whats happening now.....why are you responding to my question... i am your coustmer...so coustmer is the GOD....remember remember remember...PLZ respond to me on the phone... my mobile 09396810575 ....INDIA

This is NOT tech support. If you haven't, please start a tech service ticket... Have you tried changing the sample rate? Please also make sure you have a 'My Presonus' account and that ALL your Presonus hardware and software are registered. Then from your hardware and software accounts install all your drivers and software and content. If your still having issues after that resort to the Tech guys!
