How can i set different part signatures for different parts of the track, for example: first two bars go in 6/4 measure, next two 4/4 etc.?

Or studio one has only global settings for time sig?

You can right click, or on Mac Control+Click, where the cursor is on the timeline and select "Insert Time Signature." A small screen will pop up allowing you to select the numerator and denominator values for your time signature. You will need to do this at any point in the timeline you wish to have a time signature change.
