Question

Hi there!

I need to install your program on my external because my computer has little space available.  Is this possible?  And if so, how?  Also, what are the differences in quality of instruments/sounds between what comes with the Artist download & Presence XT Complete Core Instruments?  Is Notion any better/different?

Not sure but I am pretty sure you can, install the program on the drive and set up a shortcut to it on the desktop. Make sure all files are routed properly to the "Presonus" folder on the drive as well.

i know you can install the songs presets all that to an external or where ever you want.As for the program im not sure but honestly if you install the main folder on your external hard drive the main program is very small.I have studio one on my main ssd drive but the whole folder is on another internal drive.Anyway there is 2 ways to do this when you install and it ask where to install the program tell it which drive and install it or you can actually install it to the main drive and just move the whole folder to your external hard drive and then point studio one to it.I have done it both ways so i know it works.To do it the second way once you have installed and moved it go to options>Locations>User Data.....click that box to the right inside that menu and point it to the folder in the external hard drive the user folder is where all your songs presonus libraries presets everything saves to which can get very big even just after installing the presonus content if you need any more help just let me know i will be glad to help
